The MLA Handbook (8th Edition) provides an example on page 28:

Here is a general format of their answer (based off of pg 28, 41,42, 48):
Author Last Name, Author First Name (if any). "Title of the Work or Section." Title of the website. Publisher of the site, Date of Publication Online(Day, Month and Year if available), URL.
