The MLA Handbook (8th ed.) provides an example in section 2.7.5 (pg 115) where you site the original work & the anthology:

Angelou, May. "Pickin Em Up and Layin Em Down." Baker, Norton Book, pp. 276-278.

Baker, Russell, editor. The Norton Book of Light Verse. W.W. Norton, 1986.

Here is the general format:

Author's Last Name, Author's First Name. "Tile of the Work." Editor's Last Name, Name of the Anthology (can be abbreviated), pp. Page Number-Page Number.

Editor's Last Name, Editor's First Name, editor. Title of the Anthology. Publisher, Date of Publication.
